Record prize money: This is how much Italy's European champions really collect

UEFA is paying Italy's football association 28,25 million euros for the European Championship coup in Wembley - more than any European champion has ever paid before. But what is left of this for Chiellini, Donnarumma and Co.?

With 7 wins, Italy marched through the European Championship impressively and undefeated. That's why the Azzurri receive the maximum possible prize money from UEFA. However, the Italian ball artists only have a fraction of what players from other nations would have received if they had triumphed at the European Championships.
