At the same time, the government is easing more and more corona restrictions. The night curfew in Rome currently begins at midnight. Depending on how the infection situation develops, it could no longer apply in the Lazio region from next week. The restaurant is open inside and outside. This applies to the European Championships: Anyone who has tickets for the European Championship games in Rome has three options to get into the stadium: either with proof from the Italian health authority of a vaccination or recovery from the disease or a negative corona test. This must not be older than 48 hours at kick-off. Almost 16.000 fans are allowed to attend the Olimpico. Screens have been set up in some places in the old town and fan festivals are planned.

But the authorities have already indicated that they may relax the rules in order to give even more people a live experience. Foreigners who otherwise need a visa to enter Russia should be allowed to come with a ticket. Despite the pandemic, the tourist metropolis on the Gulf of Finland also admitted EM volunteers from 20 countries. LONDON – 3 group games, 2 round of 2, XNUMX semi-finals, final Corona situation: Prime Minister Boris Johnson actually wanted to lift all corona-related restrictions on June 21st. Given the spread of the Delta variant originally discovered in India, it is questionable whether it will stay that way. Recently, the seven-day incidence rate has risen rapidly again. This applies to the European Championships: In order to experience the games at Wembley Stadium, spectators must present a negative corona test that is no more than 48 hours old. Alternatively, proof that you have been fully vaccinated for at least 14 days is sufficient. In the semi-finals, the capacity of the football temple, which has a capacity of 90.000 spectators, should be 50 percent. More than these 45.000 fans will probably not be at the final, although the government had originally hoped for a full Wembley Stadium.

Public viewing is not prohibited, but it is unclear how much interest there will be, especially since Romania's national team did not qualify for the European Championships. A PCR test may not be more than 72 hours old at the time of kick-off; for an antigen test, this time is reduced to 24 hours. Those who have been fully vaccinated are not exempt from the testing requirement. A maximum of 57.619 people will be allowed into the stadium, which has a capacity of 12.000 spectators, for each game. BUDAPEST – 3 group games, 1 round of XNUMX Corona situation: The infection rates have been falling continuously since March; most recently the seven-day value per 100.000 inhabitants in Budapest was eleven. Masks are still largely required in indoor public spaces. The outdoor areas of the restaurants are accessible to everyone. Only those who have been vaccinated and those who have recovered are allowed inside the bars, cinemas, theaters and event rooms - being tested is not enough. This applies to the European Championships: Budapest is the only venue that has guaranteed full spectator stands. Football-loving Prime Minister Viktor Orban decided that. Foreign fans need a current PCR test to enter the country and another for each match visit. The following also applies to the fan zones (public viewing), such as in the Budapest city forest: access is only permitted to those who have been vaccinated and those who have recovered. Restaurants can set up monitors for live broadcasts in their outdoor areas that are accessible to everyone.
