Champions League emotions on the Ritten

The event for the football offspring was initiated by Ritten football section leader Dietmar Larcher. He is supported in the planning, organization and implementation of the event by ASV Ritten Sport Fußball.

On Sunday, 190 players will compete in this premier class-style event in Klobenstein on the Ritten. Each of the 16 participating teams will be assigned a club from last year's Champions League round of XNUMX as a counterpart. The children can symbolically play for a top club from one of Europe's elite leagues. Each participant will also receive a mini Champions League trophy. The dream team, i.e. the seven best players combined in one team, as well as the best goalkeeper, the best player and the top scorer will also be awarded. Perhaps the most important prize, besides the “Henkelpott”, is the Fair Play Prize, which is awarded to one of the participants.

In addition to the football performances, food and refreshments will also be provided. A great supporting program is also provided. All participants have free entry to the ice rink.

The teams will do their best throughout the day and try to get as many wins as possible. The Champions League winner will be determined on the Ritten at around 17 p.m.

The Mini Champions League in Ritten was originally planned for the beginning of September, but the tournament had to be postponed to the end of September due to bad weather.
