Bozen FC manages the little miracle

The kick-off was at 31 degrees in midsummer. There were several attacks from the guests in the first quarter of an hour, but FC goalkeeper Kaneider always remained vigilant. The first real chance to score for Bozen came in the 19th minute with Fabio Bertoldi, who hit the far post. Ten minutes later, Klaus Lechner intercepted a ball in midfield and played it into the path of Bertoldi, who didn't miss the chance with a diagonal shot to make it 1-0.

Right at the start of the second half, Kaneider saved a powerful shot from close range over the crossbar. In the 60th minute, EmanueleBocchio prevented a counterattack from CasateseRogoredo and was shown a yellow card. Shortly before the end it happened: Bertoldi hit the corner from about 13 meters away with a turning shot from a half-right position.

This means that Bozner FC advances to the playoff due to the away goals rule. There the Toccoli troop will fight for the winner between Pol. Calcio Budoni and Valle Del Tevere score. The first leg ended 2-2.

After the 1-3 defeat in the first leg, the Talferstadt team had their backs against the wall on Sunday before the second leg. But with a brace from Fabio Bertoldi, the Talferstadt team advance to the finals for promotion to Serie D.
