First place is becoming more distant for St. Georgen

With a 2-0 win against Salurn, Levico, the league leaders in the Oberliga, secured first place on Sunday, while the Unterlanders are staggering towards relegation. Levico is now four points ahead of ASC St. Georgen in the table, who had to share the points with Lavis on Sunday. From the 76th minute onwards, the guests from Pustertal were 2-1 ahead, but in the final minutes Marchi sealed the final score at 2-2 with his second goal of the day.

Tramin wins the derby - Eppan still celebrates The Tramin team won the derby against Eppan 3-0 on Sunday. The home team's opening goal came in the 34th minute. After a mistake by Nava, Kaptina played to Matys Goller, who flipped the ball over the line from 20 centimeters and celebrated his 19th goal of the season. In the 78th minute, Alex Pfitscher, who completed a nice offensive action with a powerful left-footed shot into the far corner, increased the score to 2-0. In the 85th minute, Psenner made his way down the left side and played a pass to the edge of the penalty area from where Daniel Pfitscher shot the ball into the far corner, thus making the final score 3-0.

The defeat hurt Eppan a lot, but because the match between Bozner FC and Calciochiese ended in a 2-2 draw, the Nanni team secured relegation. The Red and Whites have thus achieved their goal for the season.

Virtus Don Bosco gave up a 1-0 lead away against St. Martin and ultimately had to admit defeat 1-2. Ahrntal lost 0-4 at home to Comano. Thanks to Cesare Scaratti, SSV Brixen celebrated a 1-0 win against relegated St. Pauls, which also gave the cathedral townspeople definitive stay in the league.

On the third-to-last matchday of the Oberliga championship, the Pusterers drew 2-2 with Lavi. Leaders Levico celebrated a 2-0 win against Salurn and extended their lead over “Jergina” to four points. Meanwhile, Tramin won the derby against Eppan, while Cesare Scaratti gave Brixen three points.
