FC Südtirol doesn't stop at Mantova either

In his fourth assignment as FCS coach, Sormani had to make do without the suspended Mladen and the injured Petermann. From the stands they saw an extremely tough game from the start, with few scoring opportunities, especially in the early stages. There were five yellow cards in the first half. Shortly before the half-time tea, Fischnelller caused the first excitement. He moved from the right wing to the middle and tried a powerful low shot, which Mantova goalie Festa was able to defuse.

You can rely on Fischnler Immediately after the restart, the FCS striker was once again the focus. He was brought down in the Pondaco penalty area. The fouled player converted the penalty himself. This was Filehner's tenth goal of the season. Mantova then threw everything forward and even played with four strikers at times. Again and again it was Caridi who caused danger in front of the South Tyrolean goal, while Branca and Bertoni on the other side had the decisive second goal on their feet. Afterwards, FCS goalkeeper Melgrati had to outdo himself again with a free kick from Said before the White-Reds won the next full point.

FC Südtirol doesn't stop at Mantova either

The FCS has continued to go from success to success since coach Adolfo Sormani took office. On Saturday evening they won 1-0 at the Martelli Stadium in Mantua. The winning goal scorer was once again Manuel Fiwickeler.
