Decimated FCS against Lumezzane in duty

It will be seen on Sunday whether the short-term training camp in Veronello will bear fruit. Before leaving, defender Pietro Cascone clearly set the direction: "Now it's our turn as players to prove on the field that we deserve the trust that the club has placed in us." On Saturday morning the FCS entourage will break up its tents on Lake Garda and move on to Lumezzane. A lot of hard work awaits not only the players, but also coach Maurizio Pellegrino, who has to replace several injured players.

Alessandro Campo will watch the match against the tenth in the table, in which former FCS goalkeeper Matteo Trini is between the posts, from the stands because of an adductor strain. Sorrentino, Burato and Mirri have not been able to train fully recently and will therefore not find a place in the starting line-up. The availability of defender Franchini is still extremely uncertain due to a muscle strain.

The loss of Alfredo Romano, who suffered a bruised sole of his foot during his lackluster performance against Sorrento, is less significant. Meanwhile, Michael Odibe will return to the team. We can only hope that he will give the FCS defense support and can help slow the free fall of the white-reds.
