The dates for the next football season are set

This year the championship starts a week later than usual. Only on September 4th will all teams from the Oberliga to the 3rd Amateur League start chasing points. In the highest regional league and in the state league, the leather will roll in the first half of the season until December 4th. The first half of the season of the 1st amateur league ends on November 27th, while the 2nd and 3rd amateur league teams can go into the winter break on November 13th. The second half of the season traditionally starts early in the Oberliga (January 29, 2017), but ends on April 30 or May 7, 2017. The fixed date depends on whether the regional tournament is held. The state league championship extends from February 12th to May 21st or 28th, 2017. The second half of the 1st amateur league begins on April 15th, those of the 2nd and 3rd divisions two weeks later. May 28th marks the end of the championships.
