Three questions for Fabian Tait and Hannes Fink

SportNews: After a championship with ups and downs, FC Südtirol is facing a new season. What do you expect from the team this year? Fabian Tait (22): First of all, we want to secure relegation. After there was a lot of talk about promotion to Serie B last year, we don't want to mention this goal this year and want to stay in the class for now. We'll see what comes next. The squad is perhaps stronger on paper than last season, and a lot can be possible for us. Hannes Fink (25): It is still a bit early to be able to make any predictions. The team doesn't know each other yet and has to find each other first, then we'll see what happens next. We will try to have a good and consistent season. SportNews: What personal goals have you set yourself for the season? Fabian Tait: I had a great first season at FC Südtirol. However, it will be difficult to confirm this season because a lot is expected from me this year. This wasn't the case last year, I was able to go into the season without any pressure or expectations and then made the best of it. Hannes Fink: First and foremost, I want to stay injury-free. Of course, I also hope to play as often as possible and not lose the fun of playing football. SportNews: There were also many arrivals and departures from the FCS this season. What do you hope for from the new ones? Fabian Tait: They will certainly help us. The first impression shows that they are very strong and have what it takes to move us forward. The names stand for quality and I am happy to play with such players. Hannes Fink: The new arrivals are very interesting players and will undoubtedly be a reinforcement for us. However, the league is very balanced and often it is not the individual players who make the difference, but the team. That's why it's even more important that we work as a team.
