Decision game: Partschins takes second place

Partschins and Lana offered another absolute highlight at the end of the season in the state league. In front of well-filled spectator stands, both teams gave nothing away and offered a lot of goal area scenes, especially in the first half. In the 38th minute, Lana player Nicoletti hit the crossbar before Alexander Nischler gave Partschins the lead five minutes later with a powerful shot into the far corner. After the break, Lana managed to equalize: Gasser headed home from a Sorrentino free kick. However, it only took three minutes for Partschins to take the lead again. Michael Tscholl hit the mark after a confusion in the Lanan penalty area.

Partschins will now face Benacense Riva, runners-up in the Trentino regional league, in Mezzolombardo on Sunday. The winner of this duel will be the first team to move up to the top league if Bozner FC is promoted to Serie D or Levico is promoted one league higher again via "ripescaggio".
