FCS and Savona in a direct duel - Rastelli is confident

“Making the playoffs is important and we have almost achieved that goal! But it is even more important to tackle the promotion games in the best possible physical and mental condition. That's why the last four championship games are so important. Of course, injuries also play a role, fortunately the team has more than just eleven regular players,” says Coach Rastelli, looking forward to the last four championship games with optimism. FC Südtirol entered the weekend without games with three wins in a row, and now the second home game in a row awaits on Sunday.

Home strength as a trump card?

This season, FC Südtirol is a force on home soil. The team around captain Hannes Kiem was able to score 27 out of 40 points in the Drusus Stadium in Bolzano. There are 8 wins, 3 draws and only two defeats. FC Südtirol has by far the best attack in the league with 40 goals in 26 games. The defense, on the other hand, is the fifth most vulnerable.

Against Savona, Mister Rastelli will have to do without the injured Tagliani and Dell'Agnello. Martin returns on the left side of the defense, the duo Kiem and Bassoli are confirmed centrally and on the right Rastelli counts again on Cappelletti.
