Final day: Terlan takes the trophy and can continue to dream

They were in the final for the “pot” of the 1st Amateur League Terlano and Latsch opposite. Both teams dueled in the championship just a week ago, when the Vinschgers asserted themselves and secured promotion as champions. But now the Etschtaler took revenge: They won a final that was hard to beat in terms of emotions, 3-2 after extra time and were thus crowned cup winners. Elias Erschbaumer scored the decisive goal in the penultimate minute of extra time.

By winning the cup final, Terlan keeps the door to the national league ajar. Alexander Canal & Co. will now determine the last promoted team in a three-way tournament with second-placed Meran and Taufers.
