Yellow-red after 10 seconds: A disastrous substitution

A funny scene recently occurred in a lower-class Argentine league: a player was sent off with a yellow-red card just ten seconds after being substituted on. He received the first yellow because he entered the field too early, the second because he probably said somewhat inappropriate words to the referee. The video:
