Brixen bowls out the South Wine Route

After the 4-1 win over Rotaliana at the start of the league, SSV Brixen made the next show of force. Coach Renè Rella's team defeated Weinstrasse Süd 5-1 in front of their own audience and thus moved into the next round of the cup. However, the Unterlanders were eliminated after the slap against the Oberliga team.

FC Obermais and Milland moved into round 2 unscathed. While the upper league team won 3-1 in Ahrntal, Milland surprised with a 2-1 home win over upper league club St. Pauls. Bozner FC celebrated a resounding victory against Latzfons Verdings. The capital city team won 4-1 at home.

Brixen bowls out the South Wine Route

With a 5-1 win over Weinstraße Süd, Brixen moved into the second round of the cup. In addition, national league team Milland made people sit up and take notice with a win over Oberliga leaders St. Pauls.
