The “limping” FCS: What’s behind it?

“I call it the limping system,” joked Pierpaolo Bisoli at the press conference in Perugia. The FCS coach had a good laugh because shortly before his team had achieved their 4th win in his 6th game as the white and red head coach. But what did Bisoli mean by his statement?

4-4-2, 4-3-3 or 3-5-2: Since Bisoli took charge at FC Südtirol, there have been many different formations. The football teacher was successful with all of them.
