FCS heroes in the individual review: Super Jokers stand out

Poluzzi 6 The FCS goalie had a quiet evening. It wasn't until stoppage time that he had to save a shot from Scheidler, but it was pretty harmless.

Curto 6,5 First as a right half-back in the three-man chain, then finally as a right-back. The Neapolitan did his job reliably.

Zaro 6 He let Cheddira dupe him badly once in the first round, but otherwise his performance was flawless. His dreaded offensive headers failed to materialize because the White-Reds hardly had any free kicks or corners.

Vinetot 6,5 Cheddira gave him the same fate as Zaro, but the Moroccan World Cup driver's dribbling had no consequences. Otherwise, the French veteran offered a rock-solid performance. Masiello was not missed.

De Col 6 From left-back against Reggina to right wing in a 3-5-2 system against Bari. The Bellunese is a real all-rounder and Bisoli's man for all occasions. De Col didn't shine yesterday - but the coach also likes his dry demeanor.

Lunette 6 Many meters, little yield. Lunetta played an unremarkable game, but did exactly what was asked of him. Bisoli will be happy with his winter signing.

Tait 6,5:XNUMX Whether as eighth, sole sixth or finishing on the double six with Belardinelli: you can rely on the captain. Tait is always playing and was the usual mile eater yesterday too. Fatigue is a foreign word for the people of Salur.

Fiordilino 6 Less noticeable than against Reggina, but no less effective. The Sicilian distributed the balls well in the build-up game and was not above taking a tackle if necessary. His ball handling is a feast for the eyes. Nevertheless: He could give the FCS game a lot more.

Belardinelli 6 He's not a sophisticated technician or even a playmaker, as we saw yesterday. A few bad passes and unnecessary technical errors, but a lot of ball wins. Bisoli knows how to use him skillfully, and the Empoli loanee thanks him with enormous effort. He remains the newcomer of the season.

Matzocchi 5,5 His miss in the 2nd half was almost pitiful. The striker shot completely free from 13 meters – that must be a goal. Luckily for him, Rover did better in stoppage time. Nevertheless, one can expect a Serie B striker to take advantage of such opportunities.

Odogwu 6 Effortful, but largely invisible. He tried to secure the balls, but many of them didn't even reach the Italian-Nigerian. Plus point: His header pass to Mazzocchi (who then shot wide) was great. In this action, Odogwu showed that he doesn't need much to be decisive.

Rover 7,5 Came as a joker and was inconspicuous - until he scored the golden goal in stoppage time. This header will remain in his memory for a long time because it is his most important goal of his career so far. The goal will be good for him, as the former Inter youth player has often remained pale recently.

Casiraghi 7 Once again, the promotion hero from the previous year was decisive in the game. The winning goal against Reggina wasn't enough for the starting eleven (Casiraghi doesn't have a "real" position in the 3-5-2), but half of last night's goal belonged to him. The cross to the second post came perfectly and Rover did the rest. A key figure in FCS play.

Cellos 6 Celebrated his comeback after recovering from a tendon injury. An important return for the FCS, as the left-back was one of the White-Reds' most consistent players in the second half of the season.

Larrivey without a grade Due to the short playing time, it is not enough for a grade. But: He played a key role in the goal when he let Celli's long ball trickle down to Casiraghi. A banal but extremely important action.

Bisoli 6,5 The audience in the Drususstadion loves him. Bisoli chants echoed through the FCS stadium after the last-minute win. Before that, he had once again worn himself out on the sidelines for 90 minutes - including the almost obligatory but also unnecessary exchange of words with the opposing coach's bench. He also had a surprise in store: Bari coach Mignani had not expected FC Südtirol in a 3-5-2 formation. Bisoli wanted to take the wind out of the Apulians' sails, which succeeded. The southern Italians did not have a single dangerous situation. In the final phase, Bisoli switched to a 4-4-2. It would be wrong to attribute the victory to this trick alone. But: Casiraghi was only able to hit the cross because he was acting as a wing in the last few minutes (and not as an eighth position like when he first came on as a substitute). Rover dared to go all the way forward again in stoppage time because Curto was protecting behind him. Bisoli once again had the luck of the brave. But Bayern’s assistant coach icon Hermann Gerland once said: “Luck is always skill.”
