Refugee, FCS professional, sometime pizzaiolo: The Cissè fairy tale

FC Südtirol has strengthened itself with talented striker Moustapha Cissè. The 19-year-old from Guinea has a story behind him that is completely atypical for a professional footballer - also because he wants to be a pizzaiolo someday.

Youth club, training in a youth center, professional football. This is what a player's path in paid football looks like. Anything that does not conform to this norm is an exception. Fabian Tait, who was still playing at home in Salurn at the age of 17, is almost an exotic figure in professional football. But that's nothing compared to the story of Moustapha Cissè, which reads like a fairy tale.
