Virtus: Away point against bottom team

In the first 20 minutes nothing happened on the Chions pitch. Both teams took no risks and played forward with long balls. In the 20th minute, Consorti tried a shot from 23 meters, but Denis Iardino was wide awake and directed the ball over the crossbar with his fingertips. Tuniz tried to maneuver the following corner into the goal with an overhead kick, but it was too weak. In stoppage time, Michael Cia had the 3 points, his shot from 18 meters just passed over the Chions goal. A few moments later, Virtus was lucky when Cassin's shot from a half-right position went wide. After 3 defeats in a row, Virtus Bozen wanted to finally get back to winning ways against bottom team Chions. In the end it was enough for Kiem & Co. to achieve a goalless draw.
