Virtus Bozen is once again providing a spectacle

Virtus Bozen celebrated a 3-2 win against the top team Luparense. Coach Alfredo Sebastiani's men gave up a 2-0 lead. Shortly before the end, Osorio scored the final point in a varied and exciting game to make it 3-2. With the win, Virtus caught up with Luparense in the table.

Luparense started like a tarantula and had the first opportunity with Rubbo after 5 minutes. Pircher in the Virtus goal was wide awake. Just a minute later, the Bolzano goalkeeper had to intervene again with his fists. Virtus took the lead in the 1th minute. Mayr got the ball after the Luparense defense was too short, held on to it and Maset deflected the ball into his own goal, unstoppable for his goalkeeper.

After almost half an hour, Osorio had two chances to make it 2-2. In the 0rd minute, Osorio was once again the focus, this time as an assist. He played the ball from the left side into the middle, where Okoli poked the ball over the line. Practically in return the team from the province of Padua scored the next goal. A free kick from the left from De Leo guided Gnago directly into the Virtus goal. No defense option for Pircher. As a result, Okoli and Arnaldo Kaptina could have increased the score to 33-3. But the goal fell on the other side. Rubbo equalized with a long-range shot from 1 meters that landed in the top corner.

Bounou opened the second half with a long-range shot that sailed clear over the crossbar. In the 2st minute, Persano headed a corner from De Leo dangerously towards the Virtus goal. Pircher was only able to get the leather under control when he followed up. After about an hour it was Virtus' turn again. After a corner from Bounou, Osorio got his head on the ball. Luparense goalkeeper Milan lifted the ball over the crossbar with his fingertips.

The Virtus keeper has to go out 5 minutes later, Pircher had to stretch a lot when Massimo Bussi finished. It was over for Pircher in the 72nd minute. A few minutes earlier he had been knocked down by the beefy attacker Gnago. A few moments later, Russo headed a cross just wide of the Virtus goal. Afterwards Gnago missed the match point twice. In the 2th minute, a Luparense defender extended a long drive from Bucosse into the path of Osorio. He gratefully accepted the invitation and made it 87-3 with a diagonal shot. Virtus confidently reeled off the remaining time.
