Italian Cup: These five teams are in the semi-finals

The spectators in St. Martin saw a completely crazy game. The home team took an early lead before Naturns pulled away to 2-3 thanks to goals from Nischler (1) and Mair. The “Mortiner” didn’t give up and equalized in the 64th minute with Fischer. But the Oberliga table leaders from Vinschgau did not let this discourage them and ultimately wrapped up the 5-3 away win. The match winner was Fabian Nischler, who scored three times.

The game between Eppan and St. Georgen was a crystal clear affair, at least that's what the result suggests. The newly crowned Euregiocup winner won 5-0 in Überetsch on his way to defending his title, with Stefan Nagler scoring a hat trick.

Tramin wanted to take revenge against Bozner FC for their 1-3 defeat in the league at the weekend. The Unterlandlers also managed to do that because they won 90-3 after 2 exciting minutes. At the break the Talferstädter were still leading 2-0, but then, driven by Daniel Pfitscher, the Pomella protégés started a furious comeback. This victory should be balm for the Traminer's broken soul.

Virtus Bozen beat Lana 4-2 in front of their own crowd. Pasquale Perri left his mark on the game by celebrating the goal three times.

In the Eisacktal derby between Brixen and Plose, the penalty shootout had to decide who would advance to the semi-finals. In the end, the people of Domstadt had the better end for themselves. Fiechter converted Brixen's sixth penalty, while Angerer defused Plose's last penalty.

Italian Cup: These five teams are in the semi-finals

On Wednesday evening the Italian Cup of the Oberliga and Landesliga continued with the second round. The winners qualified for the semi-finals. The two finalists who will face each other on December 12th will be determined in a group of three or two.
