Junior camps of FC Südtirol: All information at a glance

This year, 23 football summer camps are being offered, 19 of them in South Tyrol. The participants will be trained by the youth coaches from AFC and FC Südtirol, who will provide help and advice and prepare high-quality training sessions. In age-appropriate groups, the kids can let off steam with exercises on technique, coordination, speed and tactics and, as part of the full-day camps, can also have fun with non-football activities and – in some camps – in the swimming pool.

The locations of the camps An Alperia Junior Camp will take place this summer in 10 different South Tyrolean towns: Bolzano (June 24th to 28th), Stegen (July 1st to 5th), Salurn (July 8st to 12th), Nalles (July 15th to 19th), Wengen/La Val (July 22st to 26th), St Pauls (July 22st to 26th), Brixens (Women's Camp, July 29th to August 2nd), Castelrotto (July 29th to August 2nd), Naturno (July 29th to August 2nd) and Milland (August 5th to 9th).

Tried and tested and therefore available again this year are camps that last the whole day (Day Camps) and camps that are held for half a day (Half Day Camp). Both types of camp start on Monday, last five days and end with the final party on Friday. The goalie camps The offer for young goalkeepers is huge in summer 2019. Specific goalie camps are planned in nine camp locations: Bolzano (June 24th to 28th), Stegen (July 1st to 5th), Salurn (July 8st to 12th), Nalles (July 15th to 19th), Wengen/La Val (July 22st to 26th), St Pauls (July 22st to 26th), Castelrotto (July 29th to August 2nd), Naturno (July 29th to August 2nd) and Milland (August 5th to 9th). The goalkeeper camps are carried out in collaboration with Keepersport, Europe's leading goalkeeper shop. Keepersport and the head of Keepersport Italy Reinhold Harrasser, who is responsible for training young goalkeepers at FC Südtirol, are characterized by passion and love for goalkeeping. The goalkeepers' training kit, however, contains a long-sleeved padded training bib, padded three-quarter length pants, training socks, goalkeeper gloves, a leisure T-shirt (for participants in the full-day camps), a football as well as a drinking bottle and a cap. Diploma and voucher This year too, all participants will receive a certificate of participation, a souvenir photo and a voucher for a home game of the FC Südtirol professional team.

In the summer of 2019, young footballers from all over the country can continue to pursue their greatest hobby. Together with the country's football clubs, AFC Südtirol offers all children aged 6 to 14 (goalkeepers up to 16 years) fun and games in the most beautiful sport in the world.
