No evidence of purchased 2006 World Cup award

According to a media report, the investigators commissioned by the German Football Association found no evidence of a purchased summer fairy tale. “There is no evidence of the purchase of votes from FIFA Executive Committee members when awarding the 2006 World Cup to Germany,” wrote “Sport Bild” about the 125-page investigation report.
