State league: Neugries draws level with Bozner FC

Neugries secured the triumph against newly promoted Vintl in the first half. Patrick Schmid scored the 1-0. Michael Osti finally increased the score to 2-0 and fixed the final score. Neugries overtook Stegen in the table and is now in first place in the table together with Flavio Toccoli's team. Meanwhile, the Orange-Blacks had to settle for a 3-3 draw in Meran.

Stegen also had to share the points on Sunday. The top game against Moos ended 1-1. Markus Mutschlechner gave Stegen the lead in the 40th minute with a shot into the top corner, but the Passeir team managed to equalize two minutes later: after a foul by Alex Niederkofler, Pixner was able to score a penalty.

The game between Pichl Gsies and Latzfons Verdings also ended in a draw. While the guests were able to take the lead right from the start, the Puster team equalized in stoppage time in the second half of the game. Daniel Ploner scored for the Eisacktaler (9th minute) and for Pichl Gsies Thomas Piffrader was once again on the top scorer list (92nd minute), sinking a free kick from around 30 meters.

On the eighth matchday, however, home wins were achieved by Milland (3:1 against Latsch) and Bozner Boden (4:0 against Sarntal), Natz did not get beyond a goalless draw against Virtus Don Bosco and Weinstraße Süd was beaten by St. Pauls 1:3 give.

State league: Neugries draws level with Bozner FC

On the eighth matchday in the national league, Bozner FC was overtaken by Neugries. Thanks to a home win against Vintl, the Bozen suburban club was able to draw level with its city rivals, because there was no winner in the game between Meran and Bozen FC.
