State league: Only a draw at the start

The meters were only shared once, in Kurtatsch between Weinstraße Süd and Partschins. Tscholl had given the guests the lead from the penalty spot before the home team equalized straight away. Amofah was responsible for the goal, which gave Weinstraße Süd at least a point. In stoppage time, Amofah missed a huge chance to win. From the promoted team, Voran Leifers celebrated a 3-2 last minute win against Lana. The guests were already leading 2-0 before Lana equalized in the second period. But in the final phase, Ferraris scored 3-2 for the first “threesome” in the state league in the club’s history. Latsch was leading 1-0 against Plose when Gufler failed from the penalty spot. The 2-0 would have meant a preliminary decision. But the Eisacktal team fought their way back into the game and turned the tide with a double strike from Franzelin and Stockner. Stockner, last season's top scorer, was even able to score a second goal. Kuppelwieser managed to make it 2:3 in return - but too late to start the long journey home with at least one point. Milland, the third promoted player, had to play against St. Pauls, who were relegated from the Oberliga. Here the Gasser team won 1-0 thanks to a late goal from Obrist. The second former league team, Salurn, was dispatched 3-1 by SC Passeier. The Passeirers are also the first league leaders of the new season. Last year's second-placed Obermais scored an away win, winning 2-0 at Bozner Boden. Natz also prevailed abroad, winning 2-1 at SG Schlern under new coach Fabio Memmo. We went back and forth between Stegen and Latzfons/Verdings. Consalvo put the home team in the lead before Steiner and Hasler turned the tide in Eisacktaler's favor. Consalvo and Piffrader ultimately ensured that the three points remained in Pustertal. Also because Stuefer missed a penalty for Latzfons/Verdings in the final phase.
