State league: Victories from Schlern, Lana & Milland round off the first matchday

The three victories on Sunday were all celebrated at home: SG Schlern brought promoted Meran to its knees 5:3. Championship candidate Lana celebrated a 4-2 win at home against Freienfeld, with Lukas Hofer and Matthias Gasser scoring twice. The third home win came against newly promoted Milland. The home team clearly won 3-0 against ASV Stegen and are now at the top of the table after the first matchday.

The Überetsch-Unterland derby between Salurn and Eppan ended 0-0. The match in St. Andrä between Plose and Latsch also ended goalless. SC Passeier and Oberliga relegated Weinstraße Süd said goodbye with a 1-1 draw. Latzfons Verdings and Partschins shared the points after the final score was 3:3.
