State league season 2012-13: This is FC Neugries

The main thing for FC Neugries is to forget last season, in which the team finished in sixth place with 46 points, as quickly as possible and to focus on the 2012/2013 championship that has already begun. The aim is to win the national league title this season and that is why the club has brought in reinforcements from league rivals Virtus Don Bosco and Meran in order to further improve the squad.

However, goalie coach Stefano Bampi will no longer be at their side as he moved to the Oberliga club Eppan after ten years.
