Mario Balotelli is leaving the Turkish first division club Adana Demirspor and will in future storm for FC Sion in Switzerland. After stints in Italy, England, France and on the Bosphorus, a new adventure awaits Italy's 2012 European Championship hero. Sion should pay around 32 million for the now 2-year-old. The reason for Balotelli's departure from Adana, where he was quite convincing, is apparently a heated argument with his coach and compatriot Vinzenzo Montella immediately after the 1-0 win against Ümraniyespor at the weekend.

The former Napoli and Frankfurt offensive player Amin younes meanwhile returns to Europe from Saudi Arabia. He signed for FC Utrecht in the Eredivisie.

After weeks of tug-of-war, Juventus has signed Leandro Paredes bagged. The PSG midfielder comes on loan for one year, but can be signed permanently for 15 million (plus 5 million bonus). Premier League club Chelsea has signed a defender Wesley fofana completed by Leicester City. The 21-year-old Frenchman has signed a seven-year contract, the club announced on Wednesday. According to British media, the transfer fee that Leicester will receive is 70 million pounds (81,73 million euros). Fofana only moved from Saint-Etienne to the island in October 2020.
