MY DREAM TEAM: Matthias Bacher presents his top 11

Bacher, who has scored twice in the current championship, would send his team onto the field in a 3-4-2-1 system. To do this he chooses the following player material.

TOR

René Pomare (St. Martin / Oberliga): In my opinion he is the best goalkeeper in the region. He has every possible prerequisite to close the gate, and he also gives the entire team enormous security. Every team would be happy to have a goalie like that in their box.

RIGHT INNER DEFENSE Armin Rungg (Partschins / State League): Armin is a responsible player with a very long endurance. He is also an ideal strategist and his pass rates are never below 90% in any game.

INNER DEFENSE

Matthew Peer (Naturs / Oberliga): Born in 1996, this is already his sixth season in the Naturns first team. Matthias is extremely strong in duels, can never be disturbed and is two-footed. He also grits his teeth when things get a little tricky here and there in order to always be there to support the team.

LEFT CENTER DEFENSE Elmar Haller (St. Martin / Oberliga): Elmar can be used both in the defender position and in central midfield. He is the veteran from St. Martin and a role model for every young footballer, in terms of football but also as a person.

RIGHT WING Matthias Gufler (Naturs / Oberliga): The lively, bearded winger from Staben can cause a lot of trouble for the opposing team. With his speed and never-ending stamina, he brings a lot of momentum and rhythm to the game.

CENTRAL MIDFIELD Martin Ritsch (St. Georgen / Oberliga): Martin is the most complete midfielder I know. He is a great fighter and motivator, he also has an excellent overview of the game and is also extremely dangerous to score.

Simon Greif (Tramin / Oberliga): Simon finds a place in my top 11 because he is technically adept, distributes the balls well and can shoot classy free kicks. He also exudes a lot of calm and gives the team security and support.

LEFT WING Stephan Lanpacher (Naturs / Oberliga): At the end of the 2013/2014 season, Stephan celebrated his league debut in the Naturns uniform against Tramin. From then on, the winger continued to develop. Despite his young age, he is now one of Naturns' top performers. He is strong at dribbling and always has the ability to score.

BEHIND THE TOP Peter Mair (Kaltern / 1st Amateur League): Peter is an exceptional striker. It's not for nothing that he has always scored in double figures in recent seasons. He ensures a good atmosphere and cohesion within the team. It was a great honor to have played two seasons with Peter.

Thomas Piffrader (St. Georgen / Oberliga): Thomas brings momentum to the game like no other. He is agile, confident on the ball and a real powerhouse. He also poses an extremely high goal threat and gives precise crosses.

STORM

Lukas hofer (Lana / national league): Whether it’s the national league, the Oberliga or Serie D – Lukas always scores his goals. Thanks to his speed, he evades every defender and can actually score from any position. A real goalscorer.

TRAINER

Patricia Morini (St. Georgen / Oberliga): I've only had him as a coach for two months, but I can already say that he is an excellent coach. It's not for nothing that he's been at St. Georgen for over seven seasons in a row, always achieving great results with the team. He is a real tactical expert and always manages to motivate the team for the upcoming game. Patrizio also has the A coaching license.
