Michael Cia was not yet 20 when he moved from Bolzano to San Benedetto del Tronto, 600 kilometers away. There he quickly experienced what it means to be a professional footballer in Italy: homesickness, hot-blooded Tifosi, punctured car tires, adored shooting star.
