Zero number between the FCS and FeralpiSalò

So far, the FCS has only known top or flop, because in the first five games of the season there were no draws for the white-reds, with three wins and two defeats. After the draw against the team from Lake Garda, the Stroppa protégés remain in the top half of the table, but at the same time missed out on the top places in the league. Coach Giovanni Stroppa fielded the same team against FeralpiSalò that was on the pitch in the 2-0 win in Padova last Saturday. Captain Alessandro Furlan remained on the bench again, with Rittner Hannes Fink taking over the armband for him.

Lots of midfield banter and few chances to score FC Südtirol initially had difficulty getting into the game, but had the first significant opportunity of the game with Tulli (7th). The guests pushed the FCS well back into their own half and could have taken the lead through Tortori (13th), but the attacker missed his team's best opportunity in the first half. After a good 20 minutes, the FCS was able to free itself a bit and managed to score goals through Fink (26th), Crovetto (40th) and Maritato (41st), but no one scored a goal. Visiting striker Bracaletti caused the last upset of the first half with a shot from a few meters (43'), but substitute keeper Miori brilliantly parried his shot. The team from Lake Garda also got off to a better start in the second half and were dangerously close to making it 46-1 after Bertolucci's corner (0'). The FCS responded with a long-range shot from Bertoni (54'), but subsequently could no longer get in front of the goal of the second-placed team, who once again had the chance to take the lead with Bracaletti (65'). In the last 20 minutes, FC Südtirol showed themselves to be superior on the field, but had no further chances to score and thus for the second time in a row without a goal of their own at home.

Zero number between the FCS and FeralpiSalò

FC Südtirol shared the points for the first time in the current season in the home game against FeralpiSalò on matchday six. Fink and Co. drew 0-0 with the Lombards after an uneventful game.
