Oberliga: SSV Brixen and the Bolzano clubs shine

Bozner FC celebrated a hard-fought derby victory at Eppaner Rungghof. Although FCE took the lead early on thanks to a goal from Avancini, Bertoldi had the right answer ready. He scored from the penalty spot to make it 1-1. Corradin scored the winning goal for the Toccoli team in the 40th minute.

Virtus Don Bosco had significantly less trouble in the home game against Fersina. The promoted team defeated the former Serie D club 3-0 with goals from Laghi, Kushe and Speziale and thus remained unbeaten in the second game

Levico and Brixen at the top

SSV Brixen also has a clean slate, scoring a last-minute win away against Comano. A penalty goal from Priller two minutes before the end gave the team a late “threesome”. Brixen and Levico are the only teams with full points. The heavily traded Trentino team had more trouble in the home game against Ahrntal than initially expected, but in the end they prevailed 1-0.

Tramin shows fighting spirit

SV Salurn and SC St. Martin have to be satisfied with just one point. They separated in an extremely low-level South Tyrolean duel with a goalless draw. SV Tramin also got a point, although the 3-3 draw against Lavis definitely feels like a win. The promoted team from Trentino took the lead three times, but the black and whites equalized three times. The deciding factor was Rellich, who made the final score 87-3 with his second goal in the 3th minute.

The second league matchday concludes on Tuesday with the eagerly awaited game between St. Georgen and St. Pauls. The game starts at 20 p.m.

Oberliga: SSV Brixen and the Bolzano clubs shine

The second round of the championship was played in the regional football upper house on Sunday. Three teams from South Tyrol scored full points, namely SSV Brixner, Bozner FC and Virtus Don Bosco. Meanwhile, SV Tramin got a point after a real show of strength.
