Before the season, not many people would have thought that the duel between St. Martin and Eppan on matchday 13 would be described as the relegation hit of the round. Last year, the “Mortiner” took a commanding sixth place, while the Überetscher even achieved their best result in what felt like an eternity in the top league with 5th place. But in the new season things are not going as planned for the two clubs: St. Martin is at the bottom of the table with seven points, Eppan is just one position ahead with one point more. It goes without saying that there is a huge amount at stake in Rungg on Sunday. The Passeirers are coming off four defeats in a row, while Eppan has only managed to pick up one point in its last eight games.

Can Obermais stop the front runner? Leaders Trento show no signs of weakness even after twelve games and as many wins. Can the winning phalanx be broken at the 13th attempt? In any case, it is clear that Trento will have to invite a very unpleasant opponent, third-placed FC Obermais, to the Briamasco Stadium.

In the second South Tyrolean derby of the day, the explosiveness is not neglected when Ahrntal meets in the Naturns fortress. The Untervinschgers were able to win five of six home games, only losing against St. Georgen. Ahrntal, on the other hand, has its difficulties away from home: in the last three games abroad there was only one own goal, 13 goals conceded and therefore no point.

Bozen FC wants to consolidate its second place with a home win against Arco. Fabio Bertoldi in particular is currently in the form of his life for the Talferstadt team and has scored four goals in each of the last two games. St. Georgen, on the other hand, asks Lavis to dance, Tramin competes with Alense, the Weinstraße Süd has to go to Storo to Calciochiese, while Brixen is challenged away at Comano.
