Oberliga: After the top game, only one leader left - video of the goal

After five match days, the two promotion favorites Virtus Bozen and St. Georgen had 13 points. The direct duel was scheduled for the sixth matchday. In the end, Morini's protégés won thanks to a goal from Thomas Piffrader (70th).

Meanwhile, newly promoted St. Pauls has caught up with Virtus Bozen. Thanks to an early goal from Thomas Debelyak (3rd) - it was his first goal in the league - the Überetscher got the upper hand on Obermais early on. Before the half-time whistle, Jonas Clementi made it 2-0. It was his seventh championship goal. Martin Ciaghi's goal in the 70th minute didn't change anything about Überetscher's fourth championship success.

There was no winner in the South Tyrolean derby between St. Martin and Brixen. After 90 entertaining minutes it was a 3-3 draw. Maximilian Lanthaler gave the home team the lead after around a quarter of an hour, then the SSV hit back before halftime with Andreas Priller (30th) and Luca Consalvo (42nd). Eight minutes after the restart, Mark Prünster equalized to make it 2-2. Another six minutes later, Luca Consalvo struck again and gave SSV Brixen a 3-2 lead. For the Brixen attacker, the two goals this afternoon were goals 7 and 8. Luca Consalvo is now leading the top league goalscorers list. In the 68th minute, Marco Baggio made it 3-3 with a penalty. Diego Fischer was laid down in the penalty area by Daniel Huber.

The remaining South Tyrolean teams suffered defeats throughout. Ahrntal lost 1:2 against Arco in front of their own team. For Bozen FC the trip to Comano was free. The Ianeselli team lost 0-2. Tramin suffered a bitter 0-1 defeat in front of their home crowd against Calciochiese. There was also nothing to gain for Naturns in Lavis. The Vinschgers lost to the Trentino team 1:2.

The only Trentino duel was decided by Anaune Val di Non against Benacense 4-2.
