Oberliga: St. Georgen climbs to the top - first win for St. Pauls

The "Jergina" continue to rush from success to success: In the home game against the decimated FC Eppan, they scored full points for the fourth time in a row and are now at the top of the table with twelve points, together with Levico. The Trentino team surprisingly lost in Ala. St. Georgen didn't give up anything against Eppan and took a 2-0 lead thanks to two goals from Ziviani. Avancini was able to equalize in the meantime, but Piffrader put the lid on it in the final phase and secured the Pustertal team a home win.

There was also a series at SV Tramin. The white-blacks played a draw at Brixner Fischzuchtweg for the fifth time in a row. After Martin Pichler's early goal, they looked like the sure winners for a long time before Priller scored Brixen's equalizer from a penalty in stoppage time.

The tree is burning in Salurn

Meanwhile, the crisis summit between St. Pauls and Salurn took place in Überetsch on Sunday. The home team celebrated a surprisingly clear 3-0 victory and thus secured their first full point win since the return to the top league. Laggard Salurn, meanwhile, still has to wait for their first “threesome”.

Bozner FC wins in St. Martin

Bozner FC can take a deep breath as they return to winning ways with a 1-0 win in St. Martin. Meanwhile, SSV Ahrntal lost a 2-0 lead against newly promoted Lavis and ended up having to return home with four goals conceded. Virtus Don Bosco scored at least one point in a 1-1 home draw against Comano Fiavè.
