“Peintner Tiles” tournament canceled after heavy rain

At half-time of the second semi-final game between host Natz and defending champion St. Georgen, the organizers decided, in agreement with the teams and referees, to cancel the tournament. At this point, St. Georgen was 1-0 ahead after a goal from new signing Matthias Bacher. In the first semi-final, which had taken place an hour earlier, SSV Brixen had won 2-1 against Gitschberg Jochtal.

“Peintner Tiles” tournament canceled after heavy rain

The traditional preparatory tournament for the “Peintner Tiles” trophy was canceled on the final day. The reason for this was continuous rain that lasted several hours, which made the course in Natz unplayable.
