Johannes Wiesler and Martin Schöpf from Laatsch Taufers ensured that the derby really became a memorable game in the end. It was Wiesler who demonstrated his cleverness after 30 minutes, realized that Oberland goalie Alex Paulmichl was too far in front of his goal and chipped the shot into the net from a long distance to make it 1-0. Which apparently inspired his colleague Schöpf. Shortly before the end he took courage, bolted the ball forward and probably couldn't have believed his eyes when the freeing blow hit the box from 60 meters away. 2-0, two dream goals, a derby win – yes, that’s all the Laatsch-Tauferer football hearts can really desire.
