St. Georgen and Reischach in the final of the Bruneck city tournament

A total of six clubs from the Bruneck area or the Pustertal are taking part in the traditional tournament. The preliminary round games were played today (2 x 20 minutes). In Circle A, favorite St. Georgen clearly prevailed. Patrizio Morini's team first defeated St. Lorenzen with a brace from Philipp Schwingshackl 2-1 and then Stegen with 3-0 goals. Alessio Orfanello scored two goals and Thommy Piffrader scored one. Stegen secured second place in the table thanks to a 3.1 win against St. Lorenzen. District B, on the other hand, was very evenly balanced. After all three teams (Reischach, Bruneck and Dietenheim/Aufhofen) were able to celebrate one win each, the goal difference decided the hosts, ahead of SSV Bruneck and Dietenheim/Aufhofen. The man of the day at Reischach was Benno Harrasser, who scored a hat trick in the 4-0 win against Dietenheim/Aufhofen.

The finals on Sunday Saturday is free of play, on Sunday the placement games will take place from 15 p.m. before the final between St. Georgen and Reischach kicks off at 17 p.m. All final games have a playing time of twice 00 minutes.
