Test match: Parma gives Prad a pack

It was a classic David versus Goliath duel. The top club Parma (Serie A/11th place) played against Prad (2nd amateur league/11th place). The guests from Emilia-Romagna took the lead after 10 minutes and that was the start of the fireworks display. The blue-yellow scored at times every minute, and the score was 8-1 going into the break. Martin Gander scored the consolation goal for Prad from the penalty spot in the 21st minute after the striker was single-handedly tackled by two Parma players in the penalty area.

After the break, Parma continued to play undeterred, ultimately resulting in a 14-1 defeat for Prad. The most successful goalscorer at Parma was Dezi with 5 goals, Sprocati scored 4 times.
