Goalless draw for the FCS in Teramo - Costantino hit the crossbar

The FCS hasn't lost in four match days. During this period, Fink & Co. achieved two wins and two draws. They haven't conceded any goals in the last four matchdays.

There were few chances to score on the artificial turf pitch in the Bonolis Stadium in the first half. Although the FCS played forward, Teramo was secure and closely positioned at the back. The first opportunity to score was only recorded in the 44th minute. FCS captain Hannes Fink got the ball after a commotion in the penalty area, but slammed the ball just past the left post.

Both teams remained unchanged in the second half

The second half sputtered along in the opening minutes before Rocco Costantino took center stage. Michael Cia won the ball on the halfway line and played it to Gyasi on the right. He crossed into the middle, where Rocco Costantino hit the crossbar.

In the 64th minute, the FCS put themselves in trouble. After a misunderstanding between Erlic and goalkeeper Offredi, the defender headed the ball past Offredi. But the FCS goalkeeper reacted quickly and was able to prevent anything worse from happening.

Eight minutes later, the FCS started a counterattack. Smith sent Gyasi on the right wing. Once in the penalty area, his shot from a tight angle landed in the side netting. A pass to the better positioned Broh would probably have been better.

In the last ten minutes, coach Zanetti sent a third striker onto the field, but that didn't change anything. The home team had the last chance of the game, but a header from Foggia after a cross from Ventola just missed the FCS goal.
