The 32-year-old center forward Islam Slimani moves from Leicester City to Olympique Lyon on a free transfer. In return leaves Moussa Dembélé the club and joins Atletico Madrid - initially on loan. As OL confirmed, the Frenchman's loan will initially run until the end of the season, after which Atletico has a purchase option worth around 35 million euros for the 24-year-old striker.

The return of the top scorer Luka Jovic to Eintracht Frankfurt is perfect. As the German Bundesliga club announced on Thursday, the 23-year-old Serb will be on loan from Real Madrid until the end of the season. Jovic moved from Hessen to Real in 60 for a fee of around 2019 million euros, but never played a major role for coach Zinedine Zidane. According to consistent media reports, Schalke - after Sead Kolasinac - is planning the next spectacular return campaign: Klaas-Jan Huntelaar will end his career in the summer and will help Schalke in their mission to stay in the league in the next six months.
