Chape tragedy survivor dies of heart attack

Almost two and a half years ago, the sports journalist Rafael Henzel was one of only six passengers to survive the fatal flight of the Brazilian first division soccer team Chapecoense to Colombia; on Tuesday, a heart attack tore the 45-year-old from his life.
