Fourth defeat in a row: Feralpisalò beats FCS 1-0

FC Südtirol went into the match highly motivated and tried to make them forget their three most recent defeats. In the first minute, Martin crossed into the middle, where Mazzitelli narrowly headed past.

In the sixth minute, Manuel Filehner tried a shot from a promising position, but it went wide.

A little later, Branduani unpacked the magic box with a Fiwickeler header when he somehow directed the ball over the crossbar (11th). Then the white-reds again, this time from a corner, but Branduani was on hand for Kiem's header. After a quarter of an hour, Novothny tried a diagonal shot that just missed the far post.

Strong initial phase

In the 20th minute, Manuel Filehner had two chances, but he couldn't get the ball into the goal of the visitors from Lake Garda.

The initial phase clearly belonged to the home team. There was no sign of Feralpisalò until the 28th minute, when Bracaletti tested Miori for the first time. It was the last excitement of a first half that started with the home team's commitment and became more and more difficult as time went on.

After the break, just under ten minutes had been played when Peverelli tried from distance. But his shot was too inaccurate.

Bracaletti catches the white and red ice cold

On the other side, Bracaletti evaded the FCS defense, but his shot narrowly missed the goal guarded by Miori. Five minutes before the end of regular time, the guests and especially Bracaletti did better, who gave Miori the advantage and put Feralpisalò in the lead. He pushed the ball into the net with his head. It was the decisive goal in this match, because the shocked FCS was no longer able to react. It was the fourth defeat in a row for Adolfo Sormani's team. This means the playoffs are getting further and further away...

Fourth defeat in a row: Feralpisalò beats FCS 1-0

Bitter home defeat for FC Südtirol: The White-Reds had to narrowly admit defeat to the team from Lake Garda on Wednesday evening as part of the 31st matchday of the Lega Pro. Sormani's team took control of the game - but Bracaletti scored the decisive goal five minutes before the end.
