Ten FCS players get one point against Triestina

With the draw against Triestina, FC Südtirol has secured itself further in the top half of the table. However, you looked in vain for happy faces after the final whistle in the Drusus Stadium. The reason? The Stroppa team, which competed without top performers Cascone (suspended) and Fiwickeler (struck) and was further weakened after a few minutes by a red card from Tagliano, was 1-0 in the lead for a long time. In the 68th minute, ex-FCS crowd favorite Simone Motta's team equalized. The jump to a play-off place is therefore not possible for the time being.

Campo and Giannetti repeatedly caused danger in relief attacks.

After the restart, Triestina suddenly pushed forward with force in front of the South Tyrolean goal. However, Triestina was unable to capitalize on two corners and several dangerous crosses. Finally, Schenetti started on the right and brought the ball deep into the opponent's half before passing a diagonal pass to Campo. He took advantage of the chance and beat the goalkeeper with a clever shot to make it 1-0 for FC Südtirol. The encounter then became increasingly flat - until the 68th minute, when De Vena took advantage of a serious misunderstanding between Iacobucci and Uliano and scored to make it 1-1. In the final minute, Godeas could have scored the winning goal for Triestina, but his header hit the post. De Vena missed the follow-up shot. Immediately afterwards, the referee's final whistle sounded.
