Cagnotto starts her hunt for medals

The world champion from Bolzano will step onto the 12m board for the first time on Wednesday at 1 p.m. when the qualification takes place. The final takes place at 16.30:21 p.m. before she competes in mixed synchro with Maicol Verzotto from 3 p.m. After that, Cagnotto gets a creative break until the weekend, because on Saturday she will compete in the individual jump from the XNUMX m board and on Sunday the synchro with Francesca Dallapè.

Cagnotto has only competed four times in the continental competition once: in 2004 in Madrid, she competed on the 1 and 3 m boards, in the synchro on the 3 m boards and on the tower, and won, of all things, on the 10 meters first gold at a European Championship. Her gold collection has now grown to an incredible 17 medals. No one else has climbed to the top podium so often.

In addition to his appearance with Cagnotto, Maicol Verzotto will be competing from the tower together with Noemi Batki (on Saturday) and in the individual (on Sunday). Vladimir Barbu is also taking part in the latter discipline, but will make his debut in London on Thursday in the synchro from the tower with Mattia Placidi.
