Toni Blasbichler ends his successful career
After 26 years in the Italian national team, Toni Blasbichler announced his retirement from active racing on Wednesday. The 43-year-old from Pfeffersberg is one of the most successful natural track tobogganers of all time. He became world champion in the single-seater twice, world champion in the team competition three times, European champion twice and won the overall World Cup four times. Blasbichler won a total of 20 World Cup races in his career.
