Laura Letrari, Silvia Di Pietro, Erika Ferraioli and Chiara Masini Luccetti won the 4x100 meter freestyle relay final at the Mediterranean Games in Mersin, Turkey, on Friday evening, but were then disqualified for a mistake in the third transition.
