Kirchler achieved the European Championship standard with 63.30 m

Extremely strong start to the season for the Merano discus thrower Hannes Kirchler. The 37-year-old took 5th place at the “Triton Invitational” in La Jolla, California with 63.30 m and thus achieved the European Championship standard for the continental title fights in Amsterdam (July 6-10).
