Zadra fighting wins medals on the Adriatic coast

Recently, an interregional taekwondo tournament took place in Jesolo, where the athletes from ASV Zadra fighting/rothoblaas won several medals again.

In the men's black belt class +80 kg, Alexander Zadra made it to the final. At the beginning of the second round he threw his fighting gear into the corner and left the fighting area in protest. According to Zadra, his opponent repeatedly kicked the large trochanter of his hip instead of the combat vest, an old injury from which he had almost recovered. Stefania Nicolini secured a great third place in the women's weight class -53 kg. Thomas Mittermair achieved a good fifth place in the U-18 youth black belts -78 kg.

In the color belts, Andreatta Gabriele secured the day's victory in the U-18 weight class -48 kg for the juniors, while Battisti Noah worked his way to the final in the -68 kg weight class and ended up second overall. Resch Robert took a good third place in the U-16 youth in the -45 kg weight class. Anna Datz achieved fifth place in the U-18 youth +68 kg, while Dissertori David achieved ninth place in the -68 kg weight class and Rinner Felix in the -55 kg weight class.
