Three podium places for South Tyrol's motocrossers

The second round of the North-East Motocross Championship took place in Fara Vicentina on Sunday. The South Tyrolean pilots achieved three podium places.

As so often, Norbert Lantschner recorded the best result. The MC Evergreen's flagship took second place in the Open Master category. Moritz Flarer (Alp-Rider Meran) came third in the MX2 Expert class. Flarer’s teammate Claudia Schwarz (Girls) also came third.

Hannes Pfattner, who had to settle for fourth place in the MX2 Challenge, just missed the podium. In this race, Andrea Asinari from Scuderia Dolomiti came sixth. Mario Franzoi (Ferlu Racing) also finished sixth in the Open Veteran class. Liam Pichler (7th), Lukas Messner (8th) and Elia Fulco (9th, all 85 seniors) as well as Manuel Santi (7th) and Matthias Pfattner (10th, both MX2 riders) also made it into the top ten MX1 Fast pilot Georg Falser (8th).
