Denise Karbon: Screw removed from injured ankle
As the Italian winter sports association FISI announced on its website on Monday, Denise Karbon was thoroughly examined on the ankle of her injured right foot at the Brixen hospital on Monday. The 32-year-old from Castelrotto had one of a total of four screws that hold the bone in place removed.
